# Privacy at Databaas

Databaas is operated by **Wolk Tech B.V.** (KvK 94086729), Schaverijstraat 11,
3534 AS Utrecht, Netherlands. We process personal data in line with the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). Data sovereignty is the reason
this product exists, so we keep the data we collect about you to a minimum.

## What we collect and why

- **Contact & waitlist details** (name, email, company, message) that you
  submit through the contact or waitlist forms — used only to reply to you and
  to manage access to the private preview.
- **Basic, privacy-friendly analytics** about site usage, collected without
  third-party advertising cookies, to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except with processors
that help us run the site and respond to you.

## Legal basis & retention

We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request or the
preview relationship, then delete it.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your
personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of
these rights, or to lodge a complaint, email **info@databaas.eu**. You may also
complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
